Report a problem with the tool

Tell us which page you were using, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Include the browser and operating system names, the model setting, and the visible error message. That information helps distinguish a decoding problem from a model download or memory problem.

You do not need to send a private recording or transcript. Describe the file format and whether the problem also happens with a short, non-sensitive sample. If you choose to share an example, make sure you have permission to share all the material it contains. Avoid including account secrets or unrelated personal information.

Correct a source or comparison

Include the MurmurScribe page address, the statement you believe is out of date, and a link to the current primary source. For a pricing correction, specify the currency and whether the displayed price is billed monthly, billed annually, or offered as a temporary promotion.

A screenshot without a source link can be difficult to verify. We prefer the vendor’s own pricing or support page, a published research paper, or the original standard. When information varies by region or account, describe that context so the correction does not create a new ambiguity.

Ask about the waitlist or privacy

If you joined the optional Pro waitlist and want your email removed, contact us from that address where practical. Recordings and transcripts stored locally are controlled through the app’s delete-all button or your browser’s site-storage settings. We cannot retrieve or restore a transcript that was only saved in your browser.

Downloaded exports live outside the site’s storage. Deleting local app data does not remove a document you saved to a folder or shared with someone. Keep this distinction in mind when asking about removal.

A small independent team maintains the product and its source records. We do not publish a guaranteed response time. Clear reproduction steps and a precise source link make a report easier to investigate. Thank you for helping keep the tool and its explanations accurate.
